Lady Lap Band,
It may not be for everyone but I would only eat a very small meal at night. Maybe some green beans or a piece of cheese. My heaviest meal would be at 1200 and a smaller meal again at 4:00. It was amazing how fast the weight started to come off. I was starving the first two days but then my body adjusted to the last meal being at 4:00 and I was fine. I live here in Germany where it is normal to have the heavy meal at lunch. Oh and since my band was tight until about 1100 I would drink a protein shake in the morning. I am not going to say I never ate dinner...I would definitely eat dinner on the weekends...but that was my routine.
