Well the start of a new year and I've pledged to myself to get back on track with my health. Working out will become a part of my every day life. I know that I need to push myself because no one else can do it for me.

Hey bandies, I was banded on May 1, 2009 by Dr. Schmidt at the Altoona Hospital. I have lost about 92 pounds already and haven't had a fill yet. I really think that I need a fill because I've only lost several pounds in the last month. I've really fallen off my diet and exercise program...I know that I just need to get my head in the right place. So how is everyone doing?

I figured out how to log into the chat......log out of the main site and then click on the chat tab. The chat window will open up and ask you for your user name and password. Brian
