Hey ladies sorry I have not checked in much been walking at nights with friends and working days and eating in between steph I am so happy your fill is working good job girl on those size 12's b man great job getting back on the back hope your neck will be okay boo excited about your surgery i want a mommy makeover after I have children claud looks like we need a boot camp I am losing weightbut not enough well ladies my weight loss has been okay about one lb a wk but who knows it was awesome right after the boys left but slowed down

Brandy I think that would be a wonderful idea with that hot new body show it off sister show it off okay update so those of you who know me well know my husband and I have two boys who are our foster children we have had them for over 2 yrs and was in the process of adoption well their birth mom cleaned her act up after two yrs and is getting them back on a trial basis this means the children that are 4 and 6 and who call me and my husband mom and dad will not ever see us again I am heart broken as I thought the adoption was a sure thing that is why my weight loss has sped up so much three lbs a wk I found out this one month ago and they just left my home for the last time today so I am upset and I am not a emotional eater I am a emotional starver the kids birth mom can choose to let us see them which I am not sure she will thanks for listening and if you pray pray for us and our babies who is going to a lady they don;t remember the system is screwed up I know on a happier note I have decided to take up walking/jogging I use my elliptical about 4 times a wk but need to get out of the house at night now that my babies aren't here how can i work myself up from walking to jogging any advice would be appreciated transformer congrats on school as a former college student I know that is a load off of you nat where are you claudia good job keep up the awesome work brandi you have worked your ass enjoy those size 4's who cares if they are made big

I have so happy to know that our one yr is coming up I am finally losing 1-2 lbs a wk my doc is so slow about giving fills I just now have 2.0 cc in my band that will hold 4.0 but that is his way ladies we are all doing awesome all walking or doing some sort of activity when i think back on how lazy i used to be i know why I am so fat Ladies I Hade NSV yesterday bought a juniors sz xl for jcpennys and it fits awesome never since 2003 when I took crash and burn diet pills have I worn junior size anything happy happy

Hey ladies I am off today Happy 4th of july it does not feel like my birthday was already a wk gone . I love birthdays. Brandi and everyone that is biking congrats I need a bike with a buggy like nat for my two boys. I live in tn and man we got some hills it is hard as hell to bike here. Our house finally sold we are not moving until our new house is built a couple from Fl. bought our home and they are not moving here till jan. so we will rent from them instead of moving it works out great. I am going to buy AN elliptical and put in my living room now that no one will be viewing our home. I have taken up jump rope and dancing I need to do more muscle training because no more surgeries for me I have lost 4 more lbs Nat and brandi don't be lonely you always have us brandy you are coming up on your one yr band anniversary good job and congrats so far nat u will hit that goal and pass it I have faith in you steph no plans for the fourth here either you should fly down and we go out to eat ha ha

Yesterday was my birthday ladies it was awesome I ate a little cake but for the most part I was good. I do know I need a fill because I can eat about two cups of food now. brandi you are looking awesome Well ladies it has been six months for most of us since we have had surgery. I would have hoped for better results but I am happy with what I have accomplished. Nat I am proud of you for your bike riding. I bought a bike but I kept getting yeast infections and the doc said the seat on my bike was to blame crazy I know. I started my new job at the bank last tuesday love it love it. I have not ate as good last wk hence my ticker not moving because of new schedule I will fit workouts in va bandster keep fighting them boys off go gurl

I had the surgery at 22 and I am so happy with my decision it is a lifestyle change for sure and a big commiment but if you are ready than go for it. I have been banded six months

Nat our tickers are so much alike I just noticed you weigh 240 and I weigh 242 and both of our goals is 170. I thought that was neat. I have a bigger goal than most meaning I don't want to weigh 140 my doc says a healthy weight for me would be between 140-155 but I am tall and do not want to be a stick figure. If I get to 170 and I am not happy with myself I will lose more maybe..... okay now I am really off for my walk

Nat you are so right if I occupy my hands for about ten mins the feeling to rush to the fridge like a mad woman passes. I have used having my husband sit with me on the couch and I say lets cuddle he thinks I am being sweet when really I am trying not to eat ha ha.
