Ref to food:I am eating thick homemade soups at present, yoghurt's and yoghurt drinks etc. Also had this weekend family Sunday dinner which i had gravy, 1 mashed protatoe and Sweed, which was nice as i could sit with the family at dinner time still. I think after my first fill i might have to amend it slightly and move back to thinner soups/shakes till i am ready to move back onto phase 2 food. Phase 3 in 6-8 weeks i cant wait for. I know at present i could eat anything i like but sticking to the diet is the main thing here. The band is a 60% helper in weightloss 40% is still you training your brain to eat differently.
