Reading this was just confirming what I already know. I have stopped losing and have actually gained 7 pound. I had my surgury 09/09/08. I have lost 52 pounds. I can not seem to get motivated to exercise. How do you do it?

Hi - I had the hernia repair with my lapband surgery. Had more chest pain than the others I know who had just the lapband. Not excrutiating pain, just pain the first few days.
