No changes at all from the plane. However stress does tighten the band so if you are a scared or stressed flyer you may experiencing tightness.

I do 1 cup cereal and 1 cup milk. I found the new Kashi vive cereal and I love it! It keeps me full for such a long time and its super yummy.

Phenergan or compazine works well for me. But I think your problem is coming from eating too much since it is after a meal. Slow it down and i bet that will help you. I still get nauseaous if i eat too much or too fast. Eat tiny bites and chew chew chew. Also you should really be eating over 30 mins and a only small quanitity of food.

In my case it wasn't the doctor that charged the money, it was the hospital. They say it goes to paying for the nut, admin fee and programs but my insurance covers all of that stuff. It's a scam, but what can you do when every major hospital in the city does the same?

I eat when I'm hungry. If that means snacking I do. If I wait until mealtime, then I am too hungry and i tend to eat too much and too fast. If a little 100 cal sncks tides me over I'm all for it. In my post op care packet it has 3 meals and 3 snacks worked into the day.

Put on an outfit that fits, take a new pic and I bet you will see a diff. that shirt is wayy too big.

Like tater I do this with food that my band dosen't like. That way I get to enjoy the yummy food without the tummy ache. My dog also loves this as I mostly chew and spit meat.

yeah I had to pay $500. I think it is a major major scam but I wanted the surgery and all the hospitals in my area charge the fee. I don't think it is fair, I feel like it is the hospitals way of sticking it to us.

I have actually done the opposite. I went from a C to a D. I think it depends if the breast is really breast tissue or fat.
