nblo girl, thanks for the insight, i am going to try to make the meeting this month. you know something is going on with the kids or hubby and never have time. but i am learning to make the time for me. that is what part of my problem is, not enough time for ME. -

hi everyone, i have had a lot going on- my surg is june 29, i cant wait, insurance is approved, everything is all set just have to go on the 29. anyway, can anyone tell me how much weight did you lose the first month following the surg?? just curious if that is also 1-2 lbs per week or if your body kicks in right away with the cut back??? thanks -

lydiafree, hi we must be on the same surg date. mopnday the 29th. i had to go in today to meet with the dietician for the 2nd time- what a surprise i lost 8 lbs that was a good kick start to get me back to sb. -

hi, i am going to be a new bandster!!! cant wait, scheduled (penciled in for last week in june). has anyone had a hard time following the sb diet??? -
hi rainwi, i am new to this site as well as almost banded. hopefully end of june(lisa has me penciled in-dependent on if i lose my 5%). for the past few months i have been reading the buffalo ny lapband site, today i finally joined and it wont let me get to that site!!! but as i kept looking i seen your name and remembered it so thought i would say hi, and thank you for all the encouraging words i have been able to read so far. if you do reply and then i dont, dont take it personal its probably because i cant find where i was at. thanks again and sorry for being so long winded.
