Hey Kat, just noticed you and I were banded pretty close to the same time. Where is galena? I live near St. Louis in Ofallon IL. Anyway I see your having a little frustration with your band as well. My Dr. had put a little fluid in the band during surgery as well, and the first week I could not even drink 20oz of water in a day. now I feel like I didnt even have the surgery, I have been able to eat just about whatever I want. Which is very frustrating. Just keep your chin up and it will work out fine. I actually dont even go in myself for my first fill til the 26th of Aug.
