I really like the Kiwi Strawberry flavor. And I've found that I prefer the packet kind that you add to bottled water better than the pre-mixed kind. It has 5 grams of protein and a pretty good taste (in my opinion).

My doctor told me that I needed to be walking 60 minutes a day, starting the very day after the surgery! -
I was also banded on Thursday, June 18th with the Realize band. The pain really isn't bad at all. But I'm not having any restrictions...did anyone else feel that way at first?

I will be banded by Dr. Bauman tomorrow (June 18th). I've become addicted to reading the different posts on this website. Has Dr. Bauman said anything to you about when the first fill would be? Or how often fills would be available? I was just curious how Dr. Bauman specifically did fills. Thanks!
