hey i know what u hav been going through. i m 4week postop &my weightloss has been stalled. i have been losing and gaining 1lb since 2weeks.now i am so fedup i joined gym and doing only cardio.may be u need to increase physical activity. Goodluck.

hey i m also looking forward to the mushy stage although i m having a bit of cottage cheese everyday.i have gathered some of the receipes from this board like quiche,tunawith mayo,ff bean with salsa, chicken cooked with soup,meatloaf. so i m planning to cook. when i bend i also get a lil tightness. i think it heal with time we jus have to wait. -
hey let me tell you first u r such an true inspiration. i am 2 weeks postop and i also need to loose around a 130lbs. Although i was a bit upset of my weighloss for the last couple of dayz as the scale not moving at all,but after reading your blog i find hope. i m going to see my doc tomorrow for my staples to come out. did you walk a lot during this time? annyways. good luck.

No i didn't get any book but a sample food items for 6 weeks .i m planning to add one food item at a time.how much walking r u doing. my nurse gave me a pedo meter and i walk 3000 steps.i knoe i have to increase but taking small steps.

Thankgod i am not the only one who is hungry after a WLS:sneaky:i was banded on tuesday.its my sixth day but i am so hungry i can eat a horse.:lol:lol..... my tummy rumbles in the middle of my sleep. i don;t knoe if it would help you but the only thing to do is to sip water constatnly...goodluck:thumbup: -

sorry for late replying. i really didn't feel like coming online for the past couple of dayz. i was having all kinds of pain. but thankgod m much better now & planning my food and exercise(jus walking ) routine. howz your WLS journey going how much have you lost so far inclu preop??

i m also on the liquid diet. m going to be banded on the 16th of june. you could also use a drop of peppermint in your choc flavaour shakes it tastes way better:thumbup:.

hey let me just say OMG!!! gosh u r doing so good... i guess the key word is exercise...i m just a week preop my surgery is on the 16th so i have one more week of preop....well it stinks.but after reading your blog i would rather say its worth it/ keep up the good work. -

hey sunflower congrats with ur weightloss. i m also interested to do the lapband and booked appointment with dr miller. i have also applied for the appoinment with christou. But after reading ur post i was a bit confused with dr christou. if u don't mind can i ask u if u hav gone with the private or public system. -

thanks for all the infos...i also want to chose the private system. i jus wanna know did you pay extra for those tests?? i have seen a lot of comments on dr christou's postop services. most of them complaints that dr christou was ignorant after the postop.and no one called from the clinic to inquire about the patient. Did you go through any of these problems?? Jus last question how did you feel when u wake up jus after the surgery?? was it really painful?? did you feel the band inside your stomach?? -

hey orcidgrl best of luck with ur weightloss journey. i really hope u reach your goal in no time. Actually i am also interested in the lapband and have been searching for almost a month now. i have booked my appointment with dr miller on the 28th may. i hav also send the patient questionaire with the fee to dr christou. i jus wanted to know what procedures you has to go through before preop with dr christou and how long they took for you to give a surgery date??
