    Hi Everyone I am new to this site and I am a new Lap Band patient. My first fill will be on 6/2/2009. I not sure what to expect....I would also like to know if anyone could give some good advice on what to eat when I go to regular foods in 2 weeks. I am so afraid to eat due to everything getting stuck. I have heard some bad stories. I also don't want to fail at this...Some good ideas for ongoing weight loss would be helpful...Thank You.
