I'm walking everyday a mile ( well Monday through Friday ) Still not released for anything else! I can eat dinner with the family now
Last night I ate two small peices of shrimp, two green beans and two bites of whole wheat pasta! I havent lost anything in three days!
I know I should'nt weigh myself everyday, but easier said than done!!
I feel great , no problems with heartburn!!! I just have BIG hick ups after I eat? lol... Do you have that?WEll talk to you soon!!!
