I had my first fill on Wed I had it in my head this was going to be the worst thing ever well Dr Choi was so fast it was done before I had a chance to be nervous. I am down 30 lbs in 6 weeks and feel great :thumbup: I cant wait to really work out I was given the all clear to start this the lap band is the best move I have ever made for a million reasons :biggrin: I have one question I was wondering are we allowed to have sugar free frozen yogurt as a snack ? I am trying to be ultra strict with the rules so I dont want to make any mistakes Thanks B

I am new to this site and I am trying to set myself up I had my Lap Band surgery 4/16 and I have lost 32 pounds to date I am very excited and feeling great. Next week I go for my first adjustment so we shall see this is the best move I have ever made
