Hello everyone it has been a while since I have posted any thing on here.... So I will update you on my progress I have had the AP Lap Band for almost 7 months and I have lost 79Lbs and over 33 inches in this time... I have 4.3cc in my 10cc band and I l excercise at least 4 times a week... Walking is the best excercise.... I hope to be at my goal weight by March which is 150Lbs... I am 5 8"....
