I have the exact pain in my shoulder neck. I made an appointment with my PCP. To get on pain meds.But, I must say. It feels like nerves. From my mid back to my shoulder and on to my neck and then a serious headache. It stops me in my track. I some times can't even move. Has there been any fatalities dur to this? The swellng will go down in about 2 weeks. I know I was miserable for a min. After that it felt sooo goodd. Walk as much as you can! Well, welcome again and we are banded 4 life! The weight come off!

lol...u go and get you some Telly. Workout Today..Busy day. Walked 2 miles Jumped Rope 300x's 100 crunches 75 push ups Goal for tomorrow. Run walk 8 miles 200 crunches 100 push ups Lower body work out at the gym 50 Hill lunges in the park... Have a great night!:clap2:

:sick Hope everyone had a great weekend. Exercise this weekend. Sat-Walked 31/2 miles. 50 crunches. Sun- Walked with my 3 kids about a mile while they rode their bikes. Have a Great Week!

Excercise Today! This Morning 6:45am Ran/Walked 7 miles on trail Lunges on Hill outside/Got the a@# to show for it....DH even notices... 75 Crunches 25 push ups :clap2:

EXCERCISE TODAY: 30 MIN ELIPTICAL TRAINER RUN/WALK 5 MILES 15 MIN HILL RUN/TRAINING FOR 5k on the 30th WISH ME WELL. NEED 2 STAY MOTIVATED.:tired 30 TRICEP DIPS 50 CHEST PRESS 150 CRUNCHES MY BEST TO ALL,HAVE A FUN FILLED DAY AND BE BLESSES!

Well, I kinda felt really gasy today....couldn't eat or drink. just had some Water and a few pieces of pineapple..Exercise..ummm? Walked 1.5 miles 100 crunches 30 dumbell curl 30 shoulder press 25 push ups 20 squats 20 lunges Until tomorrow...Great job ladies...let's continue to inspire each other! I'm sooooo glad to be here!:nervous :clap2::eek:

I too went to Tijuana alone. Huacuz was my surgeon...Those people are superb and very kind. I was worried too...Will do it again in a heart beat!

Based on the journey that we have embarked on. Toxic relationships as such tend to hender us from reaching our goal weight.. I know it's hard. But, the best friends we have can be our biggest obstacles in life. Try not to feel obligated to him.. Be polite and cut your ties...The only man you need that badly is the man above....Stay strong and ask God to give you the strength to move on....
