Hi again, I was wondering you said you lost 9lbs did they give you a specific weight amount to lose? I have to lose 20lbs but have not been doing to well with it and am thinking of doing the meal replacement shakes and bars they recommended in they yellow book. Did you have any special instruction for a pre-op diet?
