So how was ur weekend? Guess what since i started this diet 4 weeks ago i lost 20 lbs. I'm so excited. Today i started creamy soups, puddding, cotage cheese, and protein shakes. Its not much but its better than just liquids. Oh and i luvvv the gas x it helps me sooooo much. I just bought a new pack today cuz i take them all the time especially when i wake up cuz i always gota stomach ache then. tty soon
