Thats good. Glad to hear everyone is recovering. Yea I had my doctors appt this past Monday and I lost 20 lbs. I was so excited. I couldn't stop smiling. I was freakin happy.So now I am really motivated to drop another 20 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks.She didn't loosen my band she said it was fine where it was at. well ttyl

For some reason I like the stair climber and the eliptical machines.I am really trying to tone my legs and now I have to start trying to tone my tummy so i dont have too much saggy skin! I try to do upper body work outs,but its hard because I am big in my chest area! lol they get in my way hahaha!!

Sorry to hear about your throat.Yes I get some similar pains too. I eat something and a chew it up as much as possible,but when I go to swallow I feel like I am having a heart attack almost. I grab my chest,because It hurts so much. I asked my surgeon the other day what this was and he told me to get some papaya pills. They do help a little bit, and they taste great!! well keep me posted on how your doing. I hope you feel better. take care!

Hey.How are you? I am great.I had my 2nd fill today and I feel full after a few table spoons.I am so excited.I am going to California to see my family,so my hubby took me shopping.I tried on a 18 and they were big on ME! I am a comfy 16 average.and a large shirt.I cried in the fitting room.The fills are not as bad as some make it seem.I barely felt it.It doesn't hurt it just feels weird.Well for me atleast.I am happy for you.I am sure you are looking beautiful!~!
