hi jailin,I don't come to the site often, but hello,and how are things going, I went to the dr,last friday, I did not get a fill,because my food has been coming back up,the doc thinks i am eating too fast and my portions need to be cut,let me tell you when I look at my portions sometimes,its a cryin,shame! a1/4 cup of rice veggies, and a tiny 2 oz. piece of chicken is not a lot of food, I have to watch snacks,cookies and crap like that go down pretty easy,protien is hard sometimes it figures doesnt it the good for you foods make me want to puke and the bad crap still tastes good and goes down easily! i am not doing any regular excercise either,just walking sometimes and occasionally i follow an aerobic routine I got from weight watchers years ago,its a dvd, well I want to do better now more than ever,I hope I can lose my 40 lbs by july,I've lost about 35 lbs now,wish me luck and good luck to you too.

:laugh::laugh:hey guys happy new year, i went crazy during the time between thanksgiving and xmas,ate a lot of sweets,what kills me is i eat a fraction of what i ate before and hardly eat carbs but i gained weight,i am the president of this slow losing group,lol, i finally got a hold of myself and stopped eating crap, and have lost a couple of lbs,when i think 4 mos have passed sometimes i get upset at my self for not losing more,but what can i do, i have an app't in 2 weeks and i'm asking for a fill,i only have 4cc's in my band and suspect i need a little more,hope you all are doing better than me good luck to all of you,bye:laugh:

hey guys just found this site I was banded through my belly button aug 24th, lost 19 lbs,but feel it should be more, patience patience, no fills yet either, my incision still leaks though and is very annoying,doc says its ok gave me some antibiotics, and treated the site with some meds, i'm a little hungrier than i was before,this scares me, i must eat slower, as for protien drinks i love unjury chocolate powder with lactaid fat free milk i drink at least one a day, and carnation instant bkfst drink powder with milk, anything to get more protien oh, get the one with no added sugar, you know the diabetes thing,lol, I just finished making some turkey meatball soup with frozen veggies and s little barley and tomatoe sauce, the turkey meatballs were pre made, came out great,will eat it tomorrow. well just saying hi, keep in touch bye guys
