    My doctor in Dallas had recommended EAS protein shakes, Slim Fast Low Carb or Adkins shakes. I tried Slim Fast and Adkins after my surgery and they weren't bad, the EAS shakes were downright AWFUL! I'll gladly send the 3 I have left to whoever wants to try them!

    Have you thought about putting some of your food in a blender to chop it up some for you, you don't have to "puree" it like baby food, but just to help so you don't have to aggravate your TMJ.
