Yes, it is. I'm going to look at this though as a meal-to-meal thing instead of a whole 10 days. I think I can do it if I break it down into mini-goals. I have been "trying" this menu for the past week (on and off) and have discovered with the protein added to the foods, I'm really not hungry. Have you tried that?
I go Thursday for my pre-op appointment. I'm worried most about that day. I only work 5 mins from my home. I can get by those fast food restaurants if I make myself almost late to leave, but I drive by 10 exits of them on the way to the hospital. Yuck!
So what type of pre-diet does your doc have you on? I have liquids (pudding, jello, soup broth & cream soup), but no solids. I'm going to miss solids!
