het there.....i really wish i would have kept up with the walking....its pouring here and i copuldnt drive so going out to walk has been outta the question all week so far...I can only walk so much around my house you know?? now my hubby is home and maybe we can hit the mall today, I swear i felt better in the hospital when i HAD to walk every couple of hours. I';ve beek ok with the protein, but i noticed today i'm feeling a lil' reflux. Hope thasts not a bad sign.....have a great day!!
