hey, honestly i feel terrible today...still in a lotta incisional pain and weird gas pains in my arms and stuff. im having a hard time getting in the required fluids and protein that we are supposed to. I dont know why i didnt think i would have sooo much pain...afterall i am a nurse and see lots of people with incisions and excruitiating pain.....lemme know how the days have been for you. I'm still happy and I can wait to start seeing results. Right now I feel like FOOD is the furthest thing on my mind!!! Thanks for keeping in touch!
