What kinds of short term goals have you set for yourself? I hope that all is well. I added you as a friend. We were banded around the same time and lord knows you can't have too many support people! I hope all is well. P.S. I also use a heating pad a night to help with the pain in my left shoulder... that's when it seems to be the worst!
