Thanks for all your responses =) Im on adderral just started it back up this week, can't really tell a difference yet. I like the clicker idea, lol. Except everyone would probably want to kill me, I can see that being very annoying! Its been 6 weeks since my last fill, I think...and it was the first 3 weeks that I threw everything up or pb'ing (not exactly sure what "pb"stands for but I know it's what I do, haa) so since then it hasn't been to bad but I'd say I get stuck 3 to 5 times a week...but most of that was bread and I know I need to just give it up. I'm at the doc now so I will tell her what's been going on and see what she says! Thanks again! ; )

The tighter your band gets, is it easier to get stuck?? I got stuck on everything for 3 weeks after my last fill and I'm afraid to go for another fill...just can't get this chew, chew, chewing down! I blame it on my adhd...I can't just sit down and eat, I have to be working, on the computer, watching tv, talking, etc.

Wow....I am super pissed right now! My doctor was in surgery this afternoon so I had to see a different doctor to do the un-fill and he couldn't find my port! It takes my doctor a few times but he stuck me probably more than 10 times then he stopped and called my doctor and so now I have to go back at 5 to have her do it! My stomach is sooo sore and I have a giant band-aid cause it wouldn't stop bleeding :'( 4 fills in one day is NOT COOL. I'm afraid to ever get a fill again!!! p.s. how do I delete a post?? dunno why my previous post posted 3 times!

I had my second fill this morning they put 3 more cc's in (I had 3cc, 3 Weeks ago) and I got up to the receptionist and starting feeling the tightness in my chest so I went back to the nurse got in a room and puked. She took 1cc out and I went to the bathroom and puked two more times! They told me to give it a little while before they took more out so I went home and waited almost 2 hours to drink and I kept little sips of water down so I tried soup and after two bites it came back up. Im waiting at the doctors office now to get more removed....this is not fun!

Isn't everyone's band empty when they put it on?? Mine is at least...and I am experiencing physical REAL hunger. Like my stomach turns and growls so loud! Its just like my old appetite, nothing has changed. I haven't had any problems with anything I've tried to eat or drink from day 1. My biggest incision, (which I'm guessing is the port?) is still sore but other than that I'm good! I will tell my doctor whats going on tomorrow and hopefully I will get some answers and solutions! I cannot wait until I start getting fills and I'm to where I'm not hungry all the damn time. Thanks for all your responses, I appreciate it : )

I'm only 1 week post op and have already cheated and had solid food. My hunger pains started on Sunday and I just couldn't take it. I just chewed the food up really really good and swallowed it down with water. Whatever. I'm so over this, at this point I am regreting having this surgery. I am so pissy and emotional its pathetic. I thought I was stronger than this, but I am not!!! I have my post op appointment on Thursday, hoping I didn't screw anything up. Anyways, rant over.

I was banded last monday, the 30th, and I had a LARGE thing of egg drop soup today for lunch....and now I feel so full. I think I over did it with that damn soup, it just tasted so good! Hoping I didn't mess anything up :/

My surgery was also the 30th! : ) Have you tried adding protein to whatever your eating? Or dry milk? I haven't had any hunger pains at all....good luck!

My surgery is Monday too! I am soooo sick of my stupid pre-op diet! UGH. I have had a couple of cheats but nothing major. And my husband will not allow me a "last supper". Probably for the best tho....Good luck!!!
