I just had some tuna fish salad. I know I will be hungry soon. I keep drinking decaf tea because Im too cold to drink water. I'm freezing! -

Oh my goodness, this has happened to me too! I've lost 30lbs total since pr diet. I was banded on 10/6. I feel hungry and anxious that this is not going to help me! I do await my first fill. I ate like 2 cups of green salad for dinner and no problems. ? How?
