So sorry for my late response. We just happened to check back. We will be doing it daily now. Dr. Domkowski does fills for anyone and will see anyone with a band problem or issue. His initial consultation which includes a band adjustment and 1 free follow up (in case band needs to be readjusted again within 30 days) is $200.00. If you just need an adjustment and you have been seen in our office previously the fee is $80.00, if it is done with fluoro it is $100.00 plus the hospital fluoro charge of $200.00.
