just noticed your two year ban-anniversary is coming up too.... i'm two days before you (11/10/09). I'm not as blessed in the height category, being only 5 2. We started about the same 223. My goal weight was 150 at first, but I think 130 would be good for me. You look incredible...

WOW! Im so glad to hear it is all working out for you!! Scott and White is screwing me around. Im so frusterated!! I just had my first appt at the surgeons office yesterday. Im sorry I havent been on, but my computer took a crap on me. Keep me posted on your progress!!!

i get blood work done on tomorrow morning 9am,,monday i go for pre-register in at 2:30pm at seton hospital in austin and pre op appointment monday also at 4:30 with my surgeon, other than that surgery is on Wed. june 10th 7 days from today at 11am..gotta be there at 9am.
