Yes I have choice plus and had a five year weight history 2 with doctor visits and the other 3 with a church weight loss program and thank you for helping me stay positive. -

Hi yzplnxg my doctor submitted my information to the insurance company 7 days ago . I called today and they said it was still under reveiw should I be worried because I've read most people get an answer within a couple of days with UHC -

I have Uhc also and I go for my dietary evaluation tomorrow after that my doctor will submitt to my insurance for approval I have dropped below 40bmi but never lower than 37bmi and I have hbp , bad knees,and bad back do you think I will be denied ? -
congrats on your surgery date I'm on my first week of my two week low carb diet with the dietition after that my doctor will submit to my insurance do you know the approximate time it takes to get a date once my insurance approves

Im on my last stage before my surgeon will submit to my insurance company do you receive your surgery date before or do you have to wait for approval I'm in a time crunch my company will shut down in august. I just wanted to know what to expect

I have UHC and I'm in the same situation,except my church has an annual weight loss program, and I have documented weight from that. I hope UHC accepts them it sounds like you are a little ahead of me I have to see the dietion before my surgeon will submit my claim to the insurance company so can you let me know how you turn out with UHC and good luck -
Hi coco butter I've had my first appointment with my surgeon and had my phyc evaluation, and later next week I will have my nutritional seminar I have uhc and they require 5 yrs bmi of 40 I only have 3 years documentation from my doctors but my church has an annual 12 week weight loss program that I participate in so since youve been banded and know how the proccess works do you think the documentation from my church program will be acceptable.
