Hey Heather, hey ladies!! Dr Baggs emailed me he is not requiring me to go to the lifestyle class but he does want me to start a support group. I havent told him I was reading this wonderful forum group yet. You know ladies, I felt so good today..I called in to make an additional appt b4 my surgery ( I cant say where.. she wants to stay anonymous) but found a new lap band friend. I was so concerned because she got it done in May and wasn't given all the proper information?.. was done at ssf. Anyway, from all the info I learned from all of you I was able to explain what pb'ing and sliming was and was able to explain what she was feeling based on your responses in the past of course. I can truly say even though I dont know any of you and I hope to SOON meet you all, you have impacted my life and now someone elses. I gave her the link to this site and she will probably come on as a guest. THANKS EVERYONE!!!!

good evening ladies!! sorry I havent logged on for some reason my computer was blocking the Cookies?? shoot the only cookie I know is the ones that are yummy..so dunno how it got fixed I just hope it remains fixed..LOL aNYWAY Today was a good day went to church then volunteered at the EG Harvest festival was lots of fun.. now just chillin'. I read some of the posts..Nicole please be very careful of your next move becuase if he is reading your blogs what else is he checking up on ? Just be smart and xtra careful. Start a diary of what has been happening for use later in case this gets worse (legally). start some papertrials.. Pam- I would love to carpool to livermore my son has a football game that day and my husband needs our car. so if I can ride I'll give you some gas $. Everyone- Your opinion..I sent an email to Dr. Baggs becuase I cant make it to the Lifestyle class Liz asked me to go to. I dont think its a mandatory class..I just dont have any gas money its sad but I literally only have $30 and that will not fill up my tank. Any way I just asked him If I can take that class at another time without it affecting my surgery date or if I can take it in EG. Than I have a mandatory class with Liz adn Robin on Nov 12 We will see what he writes back. TTYL

Morning all- Well I am going through soem serious menstrual cramps..and I'm not even on my period! I started taking the progesteron pills to regulate myself and I am feeling so moody,crampy and yucky!!! I want this over with but 15 more days of this!!

Hey hey hey!! Hope everyone is having a great morning. Just got back from my womens bible studies and I feel good. Although my stomach kept interupting (very embarrasing) someone gave me a Fiber One bar cause they heard my stomach more than the speaker. LOL.. This 1200 calorie diet is killin me. Anyway.. CANDRA- Those cakes are off the hook!! Beautiful job! Let me know what you come up with for my bros 40th and what would you charge me for a cake for 30 people? Tina and Reggie- I agree the 11/23 surgery date SUCKS! But it is what it is. Pam- Hey neighbor!!!..I live off B'ville and Big Horn across from Wackford. Not far from you at all. Candra- Do you make cakes for just family or do you do this as a business? My Brother will be 40 at the end of October and I was hoping I can ask you about a cake, I wanted something done like "over the hill" or "old fart" something funny and different even if you can't make the cake let me know if you have any creative ideas for the cake. The colors will be Teal blue and Purple

AnaLynn- Becuase she wanted me to attend a few classes and take some medication to help me menstruate she would like to get that normal first b4 suregery (I havent had a full menstrual for over a year I know TMI) I also requested an end of the month surgery appt that is why it's so far out. If you lose those 5lbs (which you will) I am sure she can get you in sooner than my appt. You might still be an October bandster.

Nicole- I know I havent personally met you...but I will pray for you and your family. This as you have heard is not healthy for Auds. Please..Please it might be a good idea to seperate for a little while or seek marriage counseling or go to your local church and see if they have marriage counseling. I am NO stranger to what you are going through I hate to say but I have had the cops at my house many many times in the past.

ok ladies Here is an update: just got back from meeting Liz..........surgery is scheduled for Monday,NOVEMBER 23!!!! I have a lifestyle class to go to next wed then on Nov 12 another class...then 13th meet with Baggs. I am so nervous!!!! Let me tell you, I'm sure you all know Liz is no Joke! she is a tough mama. She was not happy with the amount of lbs Ive lost thus far and she let me know....I agree with her I could do better. She is very knowledgable and didnt sugar coat anything which I really liked because it was the truth. She said she would like me to lose 20 lbs b4 surgery although they will still do surgery it would help. I agree, I definatly need to continue my discipline with food. DANG it's a few days b4 thanksgiving what TORTURE!! Looks like clear liquids for thanksgiving dinner for me. She also mentioned this forumn, she said it was a great tool.

Good Morning everyone! I am feeling a little better today. i was so sick over the weekend...but now I dont know what the heck is wrong! I took some MOM last night and I just feel bloated and gassy I hate this feelin nothing is hapening...what should I do I have my meeting with the CM at Richmond tomorrow. Also do you guys think it would b ok if I bring my son he is a big 11 and looks 12-13 he doenst have school and I can't find a sitter. I am so bummed that I missed this meeting again!!! You all are sexy hotttt mamas!! Anyway wish me luck 2morrow..today I am only having clear liquids.

Heather- That would have been nice to car-pool..but sarah said Liz was completely booked and that was the only date she had since she is going on vacation very soon and If I want my surgery to take place in October that would be the soonest. I am not looking forward to the drive by myself. I hate the drive to Richmond I loved Vacaville but she had no opening at all there.

Jess- thanks My husband drinks decaf green tea everyday I pack it in his lunch..I am going to start I hear its good for diabetics such as myself. Thanks for your advice..I am so sorry you are going through it but just look at the BIG picture that'll get you going I am not looking forward to the food choices either actually honestly I am frightened of this somethime I scare myself and say what the hell are you doing..but I know this is the best choice and you all have been very very very helpful in bringing me back when I get connfused.... hang in there girlie.
