Im doing ok..i had a few slip ups during my liquad phase...im getting banded wednesday. Im starting to get a little anxious and hoping im making the right decision. Im originally from NH ive been in KS almost 5 years. My ex-husband is in the army and is stationed at Fort Riley..and ogden is in between the fort and manhattan..its one of the towns if you blink you might miss it. How the weightloss?
