Hello my name is Sheila (Kygurl) and I am one of Nicoles or Blessedwithavoice support buddies. I wanted to know if you have heard from her in a while the last time she emailed me was around October 26th. I am beginning to get worried about her. She emailed me or I would email her about every other day. I have emailed her 2 or 3 times but as of today I have not received any kind of a response.

I was banded Sept 11th & am in the same "bandster Hell" that you are. Just remember that this is a "tool" to help you. Also w/ it coming off slow your body w/ take to it better. Do not stress yourself about it just keep up what your are doing & remember that weight didn't get there in just a few days & its not gonna fall off in just a few days either. : )

I am sooo happy to have read all of these comments today. I was banded on 9/11 & have only lost 10lbs since then. I was getting very discurraged myself. I got my first fill today & am hoping to feel a little more restriction, cuz up till now I have had none & have been starving. It is good to know that I am not the only slow starter out there.
