I have a friend that is on Jenny Craig. She likes to stay on the program five days during the week and cook on the week ends. I buy two full days of Jenny Craig food, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks to help her make up the days she doesn't use. It's nice for me to have two days a week that I don't have to plan meals. I choose the higher protein meals and snacks, the cheese cake has 5 grams of protein and is a nice treat. The entree sizes are perfect. I'm hoping my friend stays on Jenny for a long time!
