  1. How do you tell the difference between stuck and full? Is there a difference? It sems to me for your puch to be full the stoma would be blocked somewhat. After my first fill I have what I am sure are a few stuck episodes with slime and pbs, but I wonder how that will differ from being full? Any ideas?

  3. When I was in college, we trashed the carpet in our apt. Fearing we would lose the deposit, we decided to dye it dark green so the landlord would not notice. We figured he was too absentminded to know what carpet colors he used. It worked great with one problem. Everyone that came over that month had green feet for about 2 months...that stuff would not scrub off..just had to wear off. We got the deposit back
  4. I 12 days post op. I have not been hungry at all since the 2 week liquid prediet started. I hope that lasts. They say in some band patients the band presses the vagus nerve and causes a loss of appetite. I hope thats my case. That being said there is no nerve for head hunger. You still know what certain foods taste like and want to experience that taste. That for me is the battle.
  5. I had surgery Oct 1st. with a hernia repair. The gas was the worst pain, walking helps a lot. Anyhing that moves the diaphram quickly, like yawning or coughing hurt for a while. The last 3 days I have felt more like myself. I am walking a mile or more a day and things are good. The port site incision is still a little sore but no real pain. Good Luck! I am feeling real confident. This liquid diet jumpstart has me down 30lbs with little hunger (real hunger).
