I've found it's all or nothing for me. Also if I wait too long to eat I will usually get stuck no matter what it is. I'm guessing because I'm so hungry and I just have at it too quickly.

Thank you Laura. I had surgery on the 16th of May with Dr. Frank Chae at Skyridge and have lost around 70lbs, it is going very well. I had my first fill last week and don't really feel any different as of yet, however I have heard that is normal as a lot of people don't notice a difference til the 2nd or 3rd fills.

WOW. lucky you. I had surgery 5 days ago and I have been hungry the entire time. I am able to deal with it when I see the scale though. Down 30 lbs. -

I'm getting banded on the 16th. Who is your surgeon Bethanyblondie? Have you attended any support groups? I think there is one that is on the 14th that I will be going to.
