Well im glad your getting your energy back! I went for my fill dound out i gainded a pound, he tried to give me a very small fill but i could not swallow water,so he took the small fill out,and told me i will just have to use will power ugh! Im a little discouraged,not sure if im going back there,if they cant put any fill in then whats the point?! I have a 10 cc band that has 5.3 cc's in it when they tried to put it to 5.5 i couldnt swallow water,not real sure what to do.but i am still hittin the gym and tryin to stay at 1000 calories a day. Do you feel like you have good restriction?
