Measure out your food. I started at 3oz on a scale. Once you know your body a little better you can add more food. Slow down when you eat don't drink while eating you'll be ok -

One year down 78lbs after my sleeve I'm at goal now -
Hadn't realized, really how thinish I've gotten. My mother gifted me a business suit in a size 12. Now this has no stretch so I was like that's not going to fit. She made me try it on, reluctantly I did and it fit like a glove. At my heaviest I was busting out if a size 24 so I'm super stoked.. I think I'm at a good spot after a failed lapband and then being converted to a sleeve a year ago I can finally say I'm at goal.

my hair fell out by the handfuls, but it also grew back in. My hairstylist said not to worry about it that she sees lots of people who lose hair after a major surgery and that it always grows back. She pointed out my new baby hair that was growing back and I was stoked.. I have a full head of hair now. I'm a year out -

I realized I am comfortable where I'm at.. I'm getting physically fit so more muscle If it makes me lose another couple lbs then I will be ok with it too.
