    how much weight gain?

I'm 11 weeks and haven't gained any weight either I'm 15 months post op and at goal. My OB wants me to gain 15 lbs for this pregnancy so I'm right on track.
  8. Yes and no. If you were used to chugging water like I used too then the answer is No and it has made me sad in the past. You will however be able to drink more easily the further out you get. Chin up

    Surrogacy after sleeve?

Being a bariatric patient would automatically qualify you as a high risk pregnancy, Most people are not willing to do since they are spending a lot of time money and effort to have a healthy baby

I would try doing liquids only for about a week but probably not until you wean your baby.. And again go back to basics protein first lots of veggies cut your carbs and exercise of course.. Congrats on the baby I'm expecting due in September

    UTI 8 weeks post op

UTI's are not common but if you are having issues with hydration that can be the culprit. UTI doesn't equal STD, if you're worried about that maybe you should see your gynecologist. Drink up and get a script to clear out that UTI. You'll be ok

    Urgent help needed!

women have made it through successful pregnancies after going through a situation like yours, become your best advocate and do what you see fit.. All very scary but doable..

    Urgent help needed!

I think you have you mind made up about terminating this pregnancy.. You shouldn't seek validation as to why you should or shouldn't do it. Follow your heart and find another doctor who will terminate your pregnancy before you get any further along. I had an ultrasound yesterday and saw my baby's heart beat so I feel for you and know its a tough decision to make.

    Urgent help needed!

I am currently 8 weeks prego but I'm at goal and 14 months out from surgery.. You can have lots of tests that are non invasive to check on your passengers health.. Those are done at 12 weeks so maybe see a perinatologist and get their opinion. Don't stress yourself out, if that little guy is still hanging on maybe it's meant to be. lots of women have gotten pregnant early on after surgery and I think there is somebody who went through the same thing you did. She managed to have a healthy baby and still lost weight. I'm here if you need help or guidance..

So are you pregnant? if you haven't had a period in 5 weeks you should see your Gyno and have some blood work done..
  22. make sure you take your prenatals and if you're still over weight I'm sure that you'll be ok.. I'm at goal and not trying to gain more than 15 lbs for this pregnancy per Drs orders
  23. I met with my nut and she said to up my calories 300 per day so I'm at 1750 with no prob
  24. 8 weeks preggers here I'm 14 months out. I'm feeling pretty good how about yourself..
  25. I was so mad I wanted to shake her right out of her bed. She's a professional victim likes being catered to and will die in the bed no thanks to her enabling husband. I feel sorry for her kid.. WLS is a tool not a magic bullet you have to do the work and be compliant and she didn't do any of that.. What a waste if time and resources..
