    Frustrated!

    Relax you just had 85% of a major organ removed give your body time . I was very tired for 3 weeks then I started walking more. I'm 2 months out and I'm jogging 3 miles regularly your stamina will get better just start working at it

  10. See an eye doctor for your eyes and you might be over eating or have allergies which cause post nasal drip if its a significant amount and you just ate its the equivalent of drinking right after you ate take a decongestant to dry things up just an idea
  11. I had my band out and revised to sleeve in one procedure recovery was tough but I wouldn't have it any other way. Same issues as you got banded 2009 had port replaced 6 months later had issues with being too tight had my band emptied numerous times gained and lost same 50 lbs I've been sleeved for 2 months now and I'm down 30 lbs post op.. I tell you what I don't miss that port or the stuck feeling I can eat everything just a lot less now

    Up your cals and stay hydrated. Not being properly hydrated makes you feel dizzy

    Drink your acid reducing meds on an empty stomach they work best this way then drink your shake 30 mins later

    Finally broke my stall

    Mine lasted 3 weeks felt like forever not sure how long they last but a good way to get out of them is by changing up your routine eat clean and be patient oh and moving works too
  15. I'm 2 months out and was stalled for 3 weeks started at 250 I'm down to 223 I knew it had to break soon enough ..I did start walking/ jogging to get it going and watching my carbs.. Anyone on my fitness pal? Add me soocalchic

    Smh!!! if getting on the scale is impacting your mood and making you stress then maybe it's time to lay off the scale whoring .. weigh in once a week and track what your eating try myfitnesspal that will keep you accountable for what you put in your mouth and how many calories you burn
