Yeah I was banded for 3 years got over 60 adjustments and I was miserable everyday I feel so much better now -

Old profile pic was from about a year ago after I had my Lapband deflated and had quickly put on 40 lbs.. I don't have a pin up store close by I usually buy online believe it or not I got this dress at Ross for less than 20 bux I was stoked lol -

Smashed fried or boiled plantains? Try something easier? Eggs, cottage cheese, beans.. foods that have protein which your body needs. Drink your water so you're properly hydrated and eating will be easier..

It's going to be a couple more days you're very swollen take it slow no sense in hurting every time you drink try ice chips or warm tea the temp of the stuff you drink makes a difference sometimes.. -

I think age might be a factor. you look young I'm sure it will grow back my hair is shedding big time. I try not to get too worried. I see new growth coming in so it's growing ok -

Drink lots of water don't jeopardize your safety during surgery because you wanted not feel hunger.. First 2 days are bad after that you'll be ok -
