    Emergency. Help needed

How far out are you? When did you have surgery? Unless it was very recently I wouldn't be too concerned if you haven't had A BM in several days you can just have an impacted or very solid piece that is trying to get worked out. Drink lots of water stay hydrated it will get your bowels moving.

Am I FAT? Please tell me.

Um yes.. yes you are still fat or what is referred to as "skinny fat" work on your muscle tone as you start to feel stronger the "am I still fat" thoughts will disappear. They did for me, hope this helps get those thoughts out of your head.. You're a very pretty lady sometimes out thoughts and fears sabotage our success.

    cant stop eating to fast.....

I have seen people with sleeves graze on a plate of food for hours. Eating slowly isn't necessarily the best thing if it is going to set you up to over eat. Give yourself an allotted time to eat a meal. I don't do anything past 15-20 minutes. Any longer than that I consider grazing..
  11. I would drink lots of water and of course wear heavy shoes to the consultation and get on the scale with those bad boys on lol

    Does anyone eat pizza?

I eat pizza.. I'm at goal and I don't consider it a cheat or have any foods on a banned for life list. I can only eat one piece and most of the time I don't eat the crust depends on how hungry I am how fast I eat it. When I was still in the losing phase I would just eat the cheese and toppings off the pizza it was all that pizza taste without the carbs.. Can you say #winning
  14. You will have those lingering symptoms for a while. Some people even report having phantom gull bladder pains. They will resolve just give it some time. I also had my GB removed and I had symptoms for a fee weeks post op.

    cant stop eating to fast.....

I've been sleeved for almost 2 years and when I eat fast I just can't get as much food down as i can when I sit and eat slowly. I consider this a win do what works for you
  16. Try doing some isolating exercises for those areas.. Sweat it off ladies. Being skinny fat is so not sexy you need to build up some muscle under that fluff.. Strength training has been a life saver for me..

Band to Sleeve Failure and "Desperate"

you need to modify your eating behaviors because you can definitely get a whole lot of soft foods down I.e cake, ice cream, Cookies and the like. High calorie foods are very easy to over eat if you're not careful and no amount of restriction is going to change that. With the sleeve you will more than likely find yourself grazing on sweet stuff if you can't get it all down in one binge. I suggest seeing a cognitive or behavioral therapist to help with your eating disorder. Revision surgery isn't always the answer what about when the sleeve fails you what's next bypass?

    Quick Question

you look awesome you're a tiny little thing.. I'm 18 weeks along and I'm starting to show I've only gained 2 lbs so I'm thinking I'm right on track.

help only 3 weeks post op

If you are not tolerating solids well go back to liquids for another week, then slowly start reintroducing puréed food. You just had major surgery, your tummy is still healing give it some time.sounds like you're a well seasoned lapband patient imagine having a huge stuck episode and having to do liquids for a few days before you went back to solids same concept.
