I used neosporin on all my incisions they turned out very nice as long as they're not red hot to the touch or oozing anything you should be ok -

I get scared about the fillers while losing weight, what about if your face gets super skinny those fillers take about a year to go away and then you have a lumpy face maybe I'm paranoid lol I'm not getting Botox or fillers until I'm at goal which is in about 30 lbs -

Try neosporin on the incisions, skin glues sometimes are irritating to the surrounding tissues. and do the cortisone on the rest of the affected skin

No matter how skinny I ever get I will always be a fat lady inside.. I like eating pastries,cake chocolate, bacon and other porcine yummies Not necessarily in that order lol.. but i can still eat all that just a little bit at a time which is good for me.. Having a small tummy didn't change my mentality just my capacity. Initially it was very difficult but I got over it and now it's life..
