Surgery is not a delicate process folks with that said some of that bruising is probably from the blood thinner injections you were given on your tummy..

I don't think my sleeve likes Chia seeds they used to be my absolute favorite now they almost hurt.. Anybody else experience this..

What meds? You don't need to take Vitamins in the first couple of days post surgery dont be alarmed take your pain meds and relax.. You'll be ok -
I was just talking about this yesterday. I thought it was due to the weight on my boobs but if you have a big panus that can also be why your back hurts.

How is everyone's POSTURE? I swear I'm the hunch back of Nortre Dame my back kills if I'm not in a bra.. Can anyone else relate. I'm considering seeing a chiropractor for ideas on how to fix this.
