I have a very large frame for a woman and 8lbs of silicone implants so at 195 I'm really 187 at this point I'm just focusing on toning up not necessarily losing anymore weight. I wear an XL top and a size 11 jeans that's a good size for me -

You should try a whey protein isolate it has no lactose and its the leanest form of protein I use Precision whey protein isolate from vitamin world it's my favorite.. 30 grams for 130 calories is amazing mixes easily too -

i cannot drink for at least an hour if not longer. if i do it really hurts. Specially if i ate a dense protein. Good reminder to not eat and drink for me..
