no need for all of that just cook it until it's soft a little pasta sauce I like lots of sauce and meat I almost never eat a whole serving of pasta just a couple fork fulls does the job -

I was 202 for 3 months I started working out more. I'm eating 1200 calories a day didn't want to eat less so figure I'd exercise them pounds off do far so good I'm 193

I had 8 sessions and numbing cream makes it bearable
