I haven't been on the computer much but want To say tomorrow i HAve an appointment with my LAP-BAND?? doctor. I have been reading up on in alot even thought i have gone thru it once before. I have a house cleaning business and work like a dog but my eating habits are out of control. I have been writing down what i eat and it's amazing the snacks i have. I am trying to concentrate on drinking water and it's hard for me because i am not a drinker. Wish me luck. What state do you live in? Have a great week. I see you have a lab.
