BTW... I just read your blog....the whole thing! So captivating and inspirational. Its nice to see someone who is really doing well and following the rules. I am going to have to get some recipe ideas from you later! I love how you cook all your own meals and they are protein loaded. I just know that I am so motivated (thanks to your blog!) and I cant wait to get this started and move in the right direction!
