I just saw that you sent me a message. How sweet to check on me. We went to a 4th of July party at my brother's but had more sense tonight and only drank tea. I still have pretty bad gas pains today and feel bloated - probably need to take a laxative but I'm not sure what type. I think I'll look around and see if I can find any suggestions. I had a good day with my mom - took her and my 101 year old grandma (they live together) some barbecue and desserts. Her spirits are good and that helps me.
