OK Band Buddy...I'm staying busy. I re-organized my kitchen cabinet that has been bothering me; I cleaned the refrigerator, and I ate a lime sugar-free popsicle and drank a bunch of water. I would take your advice to take a long walk, but it's already almost 100 degress here. Where do you live? Texas has been on a heat wave all of June and it looks like July will be the same. I am so grateful for your concern and I feel like we would be great friends. What in the world was I thinking to eat potatoes and cake???? I wasn't even hungry.

OK - I'll quit belittling myself and continue to be productive today. I have some things I want to do yet this weekend before going back to work on Monday. I work as a nurse in a small rural hospital that stays pretty busy - I am the manager so I an avoid lifting the next few weeks.
