Kathy, Congratulations! It only uphill or is it downhill? I always got that expression confused. I remember the first week was tough, I didn't really have any pain from the surgery, but I did experienced bad gas pain. If you haven't had any gas pains yet you are probably safe from getting them. I am 2 1/2 months out, the weight loss has been slower for me than BG. But, I also am not as self discipline as she. I need to get back to following the band "rules". She has been inspirational for me, I read her blog daily.

I do wish you a speedy recovery, let everyone help you, before you know it, you will be back to your self!!
